The Tavern Room, shown with its great fireplace invites guests to sit and chat just as the Whitton guests did two hundred years ago. Enjoy a country breakfast of your choice and one for the likes of which guests have chosen to return. Sit down to your table for two set with handmade Bennington Pottery from Vermont. Come to breakfast anytime you wish between 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. Dine in comfort in this historic room, in winter by a blazing fire in the original old massive cooking fireplace. Select from the restaurant menus available in our Tavern Room, or, in Summer, buy a picnic lunchand enjoy it in the serenity of the Inn's riverside gazebo.
