Located on the warm water shores of Nantucket Sound right at Sea Street Beach, the Old Landing offers comfortable Cape Cod lodging in a charming historic setting. Here on the site of the original Town Landing, Innkeeper David Maslin and his son Jon invite you to enjoy gracious hospitality amid the scenic pleasures of sun, surf and sand that have made Cape Cod a summer mecca for generations.

Swim in our lovely pool or in the refreshing waters of Nantucket Sound. Sea Street Beach, which is directly behind the motel, has two full-time lifeguards on duty during the summer months. Bicycle through Dennisport and the historic Cape Cod Rail Trail with its picturesque kettle ponds, salt marshes, nature trails and scenic state parks. The fishing is fantastic from the many jetties behind the motel. Striped bass, flounder, blues and scup are among the species caught by guests last season. Up to date fishing reports and other travel and dining information is available in the office and there is always a delicious, fresh pot of coffee brewing. We now have a mini espresso bar in the lobby. Espressos, Caffe Lattes and Cappuccinos are available. We offer the finest Arabica coffee roasted to perfection. After the beach, follow the espresso aroma to the office and enjoy the pleasures of Italian-style coffee prepared exactly to your liking.
